Remnants is an original, hand-painted abstract artwork inspired by natural landscapes, weathered surfaces, and the subtle traces left behind.
Warm sand, ochre, and earthy tones form the basis of the work, complemented by soft olive green nuances and refined, irregular accents. Through the use of acrylic and mixed media, the painting is built up of different layers, textures, and transparent movements. This gives the surface a calm, almost weathered appearance.
The name Remnants refers to what is left behind: traces, memories, and small remains of what once was. The soft transitions and visible markings give the work an organic character, as if the surface has been shaped by time, wind, and earth.
With its warm, natural look, Remnants brings peace and softness to a space and fits beautifully in both minimalist interiors and spaces with wood, linen, and other natural materials.
The painting is handmade on a canvas of 60 × 80 cm.
The frame is not included; you will receive only the stretched canvas.

Materialen & techniek
